Our JV football game vs Hardin has just been moved to Buccaneer Stadium (home) due to Hardin not being able to secure game officials from the Houston Officials Chapter for the game.
Our updated game schedule for this evening is as follows:
7th grade game-5 pm kickoff (6 minute quarters)
8th grade game-approximately 6:15 kickoff (7 minute quarters)
JV game-approximately 7:30 pm kickoff (8 minute quarters)
All Junior High students should turn in their district Chromebooks and chargers during first period, Monday and Tuesday (May 24th and May 25th)

The Buccadear Drill Team Clinic will be held in the High School Auditorium on Saturday, January 16th, 2021 from 8:30-3:00 PM. Ages: 4 years-8th grade
Wear comfortable shorts, t-shirt, and tennis shoes. The registration fee is $35.00. To be guaranteed a shirt, please turn in order forms by January 8th. Participant must bring your own lunch and refillable water bottle.

Varsity Football EC vs. Anahuac will kickoff at 7:00 on Thursday. (not 7:30)
We are moving all of our football games up one day this week due to possible inclement weather on Friday. JV will play at Anahuac tomorrow (Wednesday) at 5 PM. Junior high will play at EC at 5 PM tomorrow. Varsity will play Anahuac at EC stadium on Thursday night with a 7:30 PM kick off. Please spread the word.

Students who are remote may choose to return to campus on Sept 8. They need to: 1) check into the office upon arriving to school 2) bring mask, water bottle, chromebook.
Students remaining remote: 1) check in with teachers daily 2) complete assignments for that day in ALL subjects by midnight 3) parent should call the office if their child cannot do work that day for some reason to receive an excused absence 4) unexcused absences will be given if not engaged daily; parents will receive an automated call when student absences are put in 5) parents are encouraged to use Parent Portal to see grades and absences

There are a few tickets remaining for home side seating that will be available for purchase at the High School office beginning Friday morning at 9:30 am. There will not be ANY tickets available for purchase at the gate.
Any parent wishing to participate in the free and reduced meal program should fill out an application online at https://www.mealappnow.com/manech/splash.php (paper copies will be given upon request). For this school year Pre K students DO NOT receive free meals as they have in the past. So if you wish to participate in the program, this would include our remote students as well, you must complete a meal application. Breakfasts are $1.50 for all students and lunches are $2.75 for Primary and Elementary, $3.00 for Jr. High and High School. Reduced prices are .30¢ for breakfast and .40¢ for lunch.
