Log in to Parent Portal and check the following:
1. Parent names must match exactly across all student accounts (no nicknames). 2. Use the same format for hyphens and Jr./Sr. on every student account. 3. Each parent must have a unique email and phone number (but use the same info for that parent across all students). 4. Information is case sensitive—using ALL CAPS is recommended.
