ECP May Calendar 2025
Today is School Lunch Hero Day ! We are so thankful to have these ladies at ECP. They go above and beyond everyday to make sure that our littles have full bellies so they can do their best learning. They always greet the students with a smile and lots of patience. We appreciate them more than they know!
Today these sweet students were celebrated at Fantastic Friday for being chosen as the Buccaneer of the Month for their class. Please help me in congratulating these students for making good choices and working hard to be chosen as the Buccaneer of the Month for April and May. We are so proud of all of these friends for all their hard work! It was a GREAT day to be a BUCCANEER!
Today is Principal's Day and it is no secret that ECP is blessed with the very best! Mrs. Leday goes above and beyond for our students and staff everyday. One of the things we love most about her is that she always does what's best for kids. We hope today she feels very loved and appreciated.
Our ABC Countdown continues. Tomorrow we will have a Pajama Day for the letter P!
Teacher Appreciation Week is almost here! We can't wait to celebrate our amazing teachers and staff at ECP!

Mrs. Dillard goes above and beyond every single day for her students. She works so hard to give each and every student exactly what they need. Mrs. Dillard is a team player, and is always willing to step in and help out. She spreads joy and a smile wherever she goes. Mrs. Dillard is a true Buccaneer through and through, and we are honored to have her at ECP! Congratulations Mrs. Dillard!

Students can wear their clothes inside out tomorrow to celebrate the letter I!
We are getting so close now to reaching our goal for the Adventure Dash Fundraiser! Tomorrow is Adventure Dash Day and ALL students will get to participate in the Fun Run. Please see information below regarding Dash Day!
It has been a GREAT week with Adventure Dash! Our students are being taught valuable lessons, while having fun and contributing to their school.
**Just a reminder ALL students participate in the Adventure Dash Fun Run, school wide achievements, and classroom achievements.**
Thank you for everyone thus far who has supported our efforts for an indoor play area!!
It's the LAST night to earn an Adventure Dash Band and to help your school reach their GOAL!
If your child can raise $30 or more in donations TONIGHT, they will earn the fan favorite FOOD FIGHT BAND letting them throw a handful of food at an AD Coach on DASH Day!
LAST CHANCE CHALLENGE: If your student brings in a CASH/CHECK donation of $30 TOMORROW on Dash Day they will be able to CHOOSE any band they want, or if they bring a donation of $60 TOMORROW on Dash Day they will be able to CHOOSE any 2 bands they want! ETC.
Plus, get ready to lace up those running shoes and get pumped for an awesome day full of fun tomorrow on DASH Day!!!
Remember to wear your Adventure Dash Bands and bring a water bottle to help you stay hydrated.

Mrs. Bethea presented Kingston Addington with a Buccaneer Challenge Coin this week.
Kingston is always following our ECP commitments. He is thoughtful, kind, willing to help others, and loves to participate. He is an excellent representation of a Buccaneer!!

ECP would like to send a huge thank you to the East Chambers Education Foundation for funding this amazing experience grant. Our Pre-K friends were able to enjoy an on campus field trip that included a petting zoo, train ride, visit to our high school Ag Department, and memories to last a lifetime!
Wilfredo Rufino is our newest recipient of a Buc Challenge coin. Mrs. Jordan says Wilfredo always does the right thing. He is always willing to help a teacher, a friend, or anyone else that needs it! He goes above and beyond to be a true Buccaneer each and every day! 💛💚 Keep up the great work Wilfredo!!
We have reached another Adventure Dash fundraising goal and earned Pajama Day for tomorrow! Students may wear their pajamas to school on Wednesday, April 16th!
We're discussing STRENGTH—not just physical, but mental as well! Building on yesterday’s lessons, we acknowledge that making mistakes and facing disappointments are part of life, requiring us to develop mental toughness and resilience as we grow. The best way to cultivate strength is by engaging in activities that challenge us both physically and mentally!
Tonight’s challenge is a big, MUDDY mess! If your child can raise $30 or more in donations TONIGHT, they will earn the MUD PIE BAND letting them throw a mud pie at an AD Coach on DASH Day!
Who doesn’t want to throw MUD PIES at the AD Coaches?
🚨🚨EXTRA CHALLENGE!!!🚨🚨 If your child can raise $50 or more in donations TONIGHT, in addition to earning the MUD PIE BAND, they will also be able to pie an AD Coach with a plate of whipped cream TOMORROW during Enrichment.
