💚💛 That’s a wrap on Homecoming Week at ECP! 💛💚 We wrapped up an incredible week of celebrating our Buccaneer pride with an exciting pep rally, lots of school spirit, and GREEN AND GOLD everywhere you looked! From our littlest Bucs to our amazing staff, our ECP family showed up ready to celebrate and represent our Buccaneers! There’s nothing better than seeing our school community come together and making memories that remind us what it means to be a Buc!

In our BUCCANEER ERA! We took a trip through the decades today at ECP! From groovy styles to totally rad outfits, our Little Bucs showed off their Homecoming spirit in style! We’re having a blast celebrating Homecoming Week! 💚💛

A big Buccaneer congratulations to Miss Bailey Kahla, this week's Toot Your Horn Award recipient! Her students say it best - from her kind heart to making learning fun, Miss Kahla is making a difference in the lives of our Little Buccaneers every day! Thank you for making ECP a brighter place to be every single day!

Reading around the room is always a favorite in Ms. Honeycutt’s class! Our students have been loving their Bluebonnet Reader Fables! They got to choose their favorite story, find a cozy spot around the classroom, and enjoy some independent reading. We love seeing their excitement and confidence grow as readers!

CAMO vs. CLAWS! It was a wild showdown at East Chambers Primary! The boys brought the camo, the girls brought the claws, and our Little Bucs brought ALL the personality! Just another day of making memories at ECP! 💚💛

💚💛 THANK YOU! 💛💚 A huge thank you to Halee Lezak and our amazing PTO for treating us to a delicious soup lunch and the most amazing dessert! 🥣🍰 We are so grateful for the thoughtfulness and generosity you pour into our school. You make our ECP family feel so special!

SPECIAL REMINDER FOR PK PARENTS: Our PK students have a field trip on Monday, October 26th! Please have your PK student wear GREEN instead of pajamas for their field trip!

👮‍♀️ Little Bucs, Big Dreams! 💚💛 Three future officers, one amazing Deputy Davis, and a whole lot of heart!

Today, this sweet student was awarded a challenge coin by Mrs. Loiacano. Yesterday, Tatianna earned a sheet of stickers for her hard work. On her way back from the office, she passed Mrs. Loiacano’s class in the hallway. Instead of keeping her reward to herself, Tatianna stopped and shared her stickers with all the PK students, letting everyone pick their favorite one! Thank you, Tatianna, for your amazing kindness and for putting a smile on the PK students faces. You make our school a better place! Bucs, if you see Tatianna today, be sure to congratulate her! 💛💚

We have loved seeing our staff and students participate in Pathway Wednesdays! From college and university shirts to career, trade school, and military attire, it's been exciting to see everyone join in! One of our favorite parts has been the conversations with our students about their big dreams! From future veterinarians, police officers, and farmers to cheerleaders and football players, our students are finding creative ways to represent their future goals and share their excitement about what they want to be when they grow up! We have even had conversations about where they might continue their education to pursue those dreams. It has also been fun seeing so many colleges and universities represented, both close to home and across the country! We look forward to continuing Pathway Wednesdays each week, except during Homecoming and Red Ribbon Week. Thank you to everyone for supporting Pathway Wednesdays and helping us show our students that big dreams lead to bright futures!

We are excited to celebrate our last two Toot Your Horn Tuesday recipients, Mrs. Katrina Monroe and Ms. Maria Avila! Mrs. Monroe's students shared how much they love her because she is fun, kind, and always there when they need her. Ms. Maria's coworkers recognized her for her kindness, positive attitude, and willingness to always go above and beyond. We are so thankful for both of these wonderful ladies and greatly appreciate their hard work and dedication to making East Chambers Primary a better place!
