Reminder for Parents & Students: Juniors and seniors will attend the 2026 Career Expo at Doggett Ford Park on Thursday, February 5. Permission forms were sent home last week and must be returned by this Friday, January 30. Late forms will not be accepted. Extra copies are available in the high school front office, library, Mrs. Gardner’s room, and Mrs. Parker’s room. Forms are also posted in each grade level’s Google Classroom and may be printed at home.

The Bucs soccer team kicked off their season with a 4-1 win over Dayton!
The Lady Bucs went 2-0 last week as they defeated Buna and Nederland! They are back in action tomorrow night in Anahuac.
The Runnin' Bucs came back from Frankston as Tournament Champions! The Bucs are back in action tomorrow night against LCM in Winnie.

The Lady Bucs traveled to Big Sandy this weekend and came home as the Big Sandy Tournament Champions. The Lady Bucs won all 4 of their games.
The Runnin' Bucs improved to 2-1 on the season after defeating Evadale, 72-43. The Bucs were led by Cam Dillard with 21 points and Dayvon Wallace with 17. They return to action tomorrow at the Evadale Tournament.

"Minutes before the final bell rang for Thanksgiving break, we heard an announcement asking teachers to help out one of our custodians by gathering our trash across campus as she was by herself that afternoon. Without hesitation, Ryanne immediately got up and started helping without being asked. She could have just gathered her belongings and got her things ready to head home for a much needed break, but she didn’t! She showed true Buccaneer spirit and school pride."
