Student Registration

Dear Parents and Guardians,

 We are so excited to welcome back your children for the 2025-2026 school year at East Chambers ISD!

Before your child can start school on August 13th, 2025, there are a few things we need you to take care of concerning online registration and the household income survey. The forms available online are in English and Spanish.  Please see the steps below:

Online Registration Directions: 

  1. Log onto www.eastchambers.net

  2. Click on Parent Portal (top right hand corner)

  3. Log-in if you have an account or Create Account (new users only)

    • To access your student’s registration, the email address used to log in MUST match the email address the school has on record.

  4. Click on your profile (top right corner). Click “My Account”. Click “Link Existing Student”. (All students have been entered into the system to be linked, even newly enrolled students.)

  5. Use the information enclosed to locate your child’s portal ID.

  6. Please complete ALL of the blue registration tabs.

Please ensure that the Parent/Guardian First and Last Name is accurate and consistent across all students associated with that individual.

For example, if the mother’s maiden name was Doe and her married name is Smith, her last name should be listed as Smith for all students she has enrolled in the district.

Additionally, whenever possible, each parent or guardian should have their own unique contact information.
For instance, the father's phone number and email address should not duplicate the mother's. Each parent’s contact details should reflect their actual individual information.

Staff members should use a personal email for guardian enrollment.  

Household Income Survey Directions:

  1. Log onto www.eastchambers.net

  2. Click Student / Parents

  3. Click School Cafe

  4. Create Account

    1. Texas-

    2. School District: East Chambers ISD

    3. Click “Go to my District”

    4. Once Account  is created follow these steps: 

      1. Add Students

      2. Student ID is required: Student ID in parent portal. 

      3. Enter student ID, School name, last name 

        1. Add Student

    5. Add Student’s information 

  5. Complete household income survey. 

*(Your child’s student ID number can be found in the registration tab of Parent Portal).

If you have trouble completing these forms, or you do not have access to a computer, campuses will be open to assist Monday - Friday (8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.)

We will have computers available with our registrars to help you complete all of the necessary forms. A translator will be available for your support.

If your child’s online registration is not completed in Parent Portal, you will be directed to one of the stations to complete registration before meeting your child’s teacher. In an effort to save time, we are asking that you complete all the necessary paperwork prior to “Meet the Teacher Night” on August 11th .
