Grandparent's Day at East Chambers Elementary was a huge success! We were so thrilled to welcome an outstanding turnout of grandparents and family members who joined their Buccaneers for lunch. The cafeteria was filled with smiles, laughter and special memories being made. To make the day even more meaningful, we were bless with the honoree grandparent volunteers who stepped in to help celebrate alongside our students. It was a beautiful reminder of the strong family and community support that makes ECE such a special place to be!

Peyton Dillard received a Buccaneer Challenge Coin from Mrs. Ballard and Mrs. Campbell. Peyton wasn’t born a Buccaneer but she got here as fast as she could (3rd grade.) Peyton is a great Buccaneer in that she takes a challenge and runs with it. She makes good choices and inspires other students to be their best. She competed and placed in 4 UIL events this year, and made the “A” Honor Roll every year in Elementary. Super proud of Peyton.

Hadley Turner received a Buccaneer Challenge Coin from Mrs. Campbell. Hadley is a very kind and helpful to her classmates. She works hard at any task she is given. Hadley is a Honor Roll student, and participated in multiple UIL Events. Outside of school, Hadley is involved in raising and showing animals for the Chambers County 4-H group. Hadley truly represents what a “Buccaneer” is.
