Project Graduation is having their annual Draw Down and Steak Dinner
on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 6:00, Winnie-Stowell Community
Bldg.

Tickets are $100.00 each and two steak dinners are included in this
price. Please join us for fun and excitement. Tickets can be
purchased from any Project Graduation parent. At EC Elementary,
tickets can be purchased from Cathy Reddell, Lisa Franzen, Shelly
Broussard, or Angela Johnson. At the Jr. High, Cheryl Williams is
the contact and at the High School, Beth Glenn. Nicole Touchet is
selling them in the Administration Building. Thanks for your

Junior High
Cheerleading Tryouts announced
Tryouts forms are available in the Junior High office (also to the
right). All completed forms must be turned in by February 3, 2012.
The tryout clinic will be held February 14-16. Tryouts will be
Friday, February 17, 2012. Results will be posted on the EC ISD
web site.

Junior High Dance Team
Tryouts announced
Forms are available in the Jr. High office (or click
here). All
completed forms must be turned in by Feb. 16th. Try-out
clinic will be 21st – 23rd.
Try-outs will be held on
February 24th, Friday. Results will be posted on the ECISD
website.

High School Basketball Updates
|
The Lady Bucs and Runnin’ Bucs played Deweyville on Tuesday night at
home. The Lady Bucs secured a win with a score of 66-29. The Lady
Bucs are tied for first in District with the Hardin Lady Hornets. It
was the last time five Lady Bucs played on their home court. Senior
players playing on the East Chambers court for the last time are
Dawn Davis, Madalyn Bertrand, Jasmine Carrington, Mallory Franzen,
and Nicole Honea.
The Runnin Bucs took care of business by beating the
Pirates 115-19. They are currently in second place in District play.
East Chambers will travel to Buna on Friday night to continue

Update: The Basketball teams have picked
up home games on next Tuesday, February 7. The JV Boys will play
Diboll at 4:30 p.m, the Varsity Boys will play Diboll at 6 p.m., and
the Varsity Girls will play Evadale at 7:30 p.m. All games will be
in the New Gym. |
