Cheer Camp

The 2008-2009 East Chambers High School cheerleaders attended the UCA Cheer Camp at the University of Texas at Austin.  Asia "Biggie the Buc" Coleman received the 2008 UCA Mascot Leadership Award - the highest award a mascot can receive at camp.  The squad received superior ratings in all camp evaluations, as well as 2nd place overall in Camp Cheer and Xtreme Routine competitions.

Beware - You Might Just Get "Flocked"

The East Chambers High School Cheerleaders have begun their Flamingo Flocking Fundraiser this week.  Members of the squad will be secretly placing a flock of 13 flamingos in the front yards of unsuspecting residents.  A notice will be left explaining the removal and forwarding policies of the flock.  The removal of these birds does not require payment, but a donation to benefit the ECHS Cheerleaders would be greatly appreciated.  If a donation of $20 is made the resident then has the option to flock a friend.

Flocking is done in good spirit and is meant to be fun.  We thank you for your continued support and sense of humor!
