FFA Students compete at TVE


Kaelyn Rhame had the 3rd overall steer and her sister Grace Rhame had the 4th overall steer! In the market show a total of 12 East Chambers students made the auction with varying projects such as goats, pigs, steers, and commercial heifers!

In the Breeding Beef show the success continued, as Sam Neuman won Reserve Champion Simbrah heifer, and Savannah McLaurin won Grand Champion Bull. A total of 10 students competed in the Breeding Beef show, most of them placing at the top of their classes. 

In the Livestock Judging Contest East Chambers had the 2nd, 5th, and 11th overall senior teams out of 40 teams. Sam Neuman Placed 6th overall and Brooke Charpiot placed 8th overall in the senior contest. 

The junior teams placed 7th and 9th out of 30 teams.
